Age Verification Is Required
California’s STAKE Act imposes mandatory steps that online distributors and sellers of tobacco products are required to follow to verify that a purchaser of these items is 21 years of age or older.
What do you need to do?
After your order has been placed sucesssfully, the page will present you a code, please use your phone's camera to scan the code and submit a photo of your ID. An email or SMS will also be sent to you using the contact information you submitted during check out to remind you uploading your official photo ID. This will be either your driver's license or passport. The system will automatically verify your age, full name and current billing address. It's important to ensure that the billing address on your account matches the records with your financial institutions
If your age verification is not completed, we will be unable to send your items. Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
30 Days Limited Warranty
This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper installation, alteration, accident or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. Defects or damage resulting from misuse,abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover scratching or damage that may result from normal usage.This warranty is nontransferable. All warranty claims must be made through the retailer where the product was originally purchased.
909 Modify has no Liability (and there is no basis for any present or future action, suit, proceeding, hearing, investigation, charge, complaint, claim, or demand against any of them giving rise to any Liability) arising out of any injury to individuals or property as a result of the ownership, possession, or use of any product manufactured, sold, leased, or delivered by the Company.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We currently ship within the U.S. And also ship to the following countries, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom and France.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original products, parts and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Label. After receiving a label, place the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your local USPS office.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please note that shipping charge is not refundable. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and completed.
